When will my order be shipped?
All Mail Club letters are shipped via untracked mail during the first week of the month they are based on. So if you sign up in August, your September themed mail will be shipped in the first week of September.
By signing up you agree that the Sun & Cinnamon Mail Club is an ongoing monthly subscription until you choose to pause or cancel.
When do I need to subscribe by?
Subscribe by the last day of the month to receive next month's mail e.g. join anytime in August to receive September's Mail Club.
When am I charged?
You will be charged on the same day of the month that you originally subscribed.
For example, if you subscribe on the 13th, you’ll be billed on the 13th of each following month.
If you’d like to cancel, make sure to do so before your next billing date so that you won't be charged.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can update payment details, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
You can also purchase the Mail Club as a one-off monthly order if you prefer not to subscribe.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your mail to arrive if you are outside of the UK.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the UK is free.
International shipping is £3.60
What if my mail is delayed or lost?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK letters to arrive, and up to 4 weeks for international mail. If your letter hasn't arrived by this time, please contact chloe.nicole.designs98@gmail.com
Can I buy previous Mail Clubs?
If there are any remaining Mail Clubs left after subscribers have received theirs, they will be available to purchase as a limited one-off purchase.
